Cowboy roofers had ruined this re-roof in Egham. They had nailed a zinc valley straight over the lead valley, installed the eaves trays (drip trays) incorrectly and left the ridges loose. Patching it would only have hidden the problem, so we took the roof back to the rafters and rebuilt it properly.
